- Client communications — emails, messages, and project details exchanged during a client relationship.

- IP address — logged by our hosting infrastructure (AWS CloudFront/S3).

Contact Form Submissions
When you submit a form on this site, your information is stored in our CRM system (LeadWiseSystem) and an email notification is sent to our team. We use this solely to follow up on your inquiry.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand site traffic. GA4 collects anonymous usage data. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or using your browser's private/incognito mode.
Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions and client records for as long as necessary to deliver services and comply with legal requirements, typically no more than 5 years after the end of a client relationship.
